Ordering: A new menu will be posted on Tuesday Monday each week, order by Thursday and receive your delivery Tuesday Monday of the following week. Fill out the order form linked above and receive an invoice to your email payable by credit or debit card. Invoices are done individually and will be sent within 1-3 days of the time you order. There is a $24 order minimum. 

Delivery: Delivery is available within a 20 mile radius of Viroqua, including Westby, Cashton, Coon Valley, La Farge, Readstown, Viola and Soldiers Grove. There is a $3 flat delivery fee.

Pick up: Pick up is currently available at the licensed kitchen space I work from located at Sittin Pretty Farm, about 6 miles outside of Viroqua. The pick up window is Tuesday 4-6 pm. If you would like to pick up your order free of charge please indicate “pick up” in the delivery address section of the order form, and I will reach out with more information. Pick up right in Viroqua is coming soon!

Drop off: Drop off will take place between 8 am and 1 pm on Tuesdays. The delivery driver will knock/ring the doorbell (unless otherwise specified) and text you when the food has been delivered. If you will not be home to grab the food right away, please leave a cooler with ice packs in an accessible location.

Reheating: All dishes will come with preparation recommendations and ingredient list. Some dishes will come in plastic containers that are marketed as microwave safe (made from #5 polypropylene), which can be microwaved directly in the container or transferred to a glass dish if you prefer. If you would like to cut down on waste, plastic containers can be rinsed and placed outside on Tuesday to be sanitized and reused. Otherwise, these containers can be recycled. Some dishes will come in durable, oven safe containers that can’t be reused but can be recycled. I am working on implementing a reusable glass container option and hoping to offer this in a couple weeks. 

Food: Ingredients will be sourced locally when possible, but will also come from far and wide depending on availability and cost. I source chicken, pork and beef that is hormone and antiobiotic free. Food will be portioned family style in as few containers as possible. Entree orders will include 2 hearty portions or 3 moderate portions, so if ordering for 4 or more please enter a higher quantity on the order form (for instance, enter 1 for 2 hearty portions or 2 for 4 hearty portions and so on).
